1. Smart Manufacturing: nPAC, nDAS, and nHMI

The nPAC 2000 PC-based PAC unites edge computing, PLC control, and gateway communications, making it suitable for machine-to-machine (M2M) control applications. The nDAS 6000 series data acquisition system enables remote data collection, supports a wide range of industrial protocols and cloud services connection, also features Daisy-chain topology and Bypass. The nHMI-10M human-machine interface provides intuitive operation and multilingual support for visualized process control. Together, they construct a foundation for data acquisition, process control, and visualization in smart manufacturing environments.

2. Robot Control: MARS 400 and ESC 211

Powered by the NVIDIA^® Jetson T5000™ SoM, the MARS400 T10-05 robot controller delivers up to 2,070 TFLOPS of AI inference performance, enabling AI-based autonomous decision-making and real-time motion control. As robotic systems become increasingly autonomous, their safety mechanisms must evolve accordingly. Leveraging the FSoE (Failsafe over EtherCAT) protocol, the ESC 211 safety controller helps robot manufacturers develop systems that meet SIL 3 / PL e functional safety requirements and the ISO 10218-1:2025 standard.

3. Networking and OT Cybersecurity: ISA 140, ISA 142, and ISA 120

NEXCOM will showcase a variety of OT networking appliances. The ISA 140 security gateway supports ISA/IEC 62443 requirements and provides micro-segmentation across OT and IT environments. The ISA 142 switch delivers Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) deterministic communications, providing the real-time networking for robotic motion control. The ISA 120 gateway applies Zero Trust architecture to protect equipment in the factory's core control layer. These appliances build a secure networking foundation to integrate distributed OT endpoints into a unified, mission-oriented automation system.

4. iAT3000: Next-Gen AIoT Platform for Smart Manufacturing

The iAT3000 platform can connects PLCs from different vendors and multiple types of sensors to collect process data, monitor hardware health, and customize automation workflows by the support of NexVIC Edge and NexVIC Community IoT management suites. The platform also integrates AI-assisted decision-making with eSAF cybersecurity solutions, transforming from monitoring operations toward intelligent, data-driven actions across the factory.
