1.Dual-arm AI Perception & Collaboration for High-Precision Assembly

Developed in collaboration between NEXCOM Robotic Solutions (NexCOBOT) and Inventec, this dual-arm solution showcases the application of Physical AI in complex industrial scenarios. Utilizing the NEX619 edge computing platform for AI vision-based trajectory planning and human detection/gesture recognition, plus the GRC2 M300-I controller for real-time motion control, the system performs high-difficulty precision assembly to enhance production efficiency.

2. AI Production Master | GenAI On-Premises Edge GPT Service

Designed specifically for SME production management, the "AI Production Master" provides real-time monitoring of efficiency, output, and OEE. The architecture uses NISE110 gateways for CNC data acquisition, NexDATA run on AIGE1000 as a hub for data standardization, and the AI-X (powered by Intel^® Arc™ Pro B60) to run local Generative AI for deep analysis and GPT services. This ensures maximum privacy for sensitive production data. Factory decision-makers can use natural language to instantly grasp key KPIs like machine efficiency and completion estimates.

3. Functional Safety Humanoid Robot Solution

NEXCOM Robotic Solutions and Graphen jointly present a humanoid robot solution powered by the MARS400 T10 and RCB400 T20 controllers (NVIDIA^® Jetson™/IGX™ platforms) at booth A1216. The live demo will feature the robot performing actions such as waving, standing up, and picking up objects, highlighting how Functional Safety technology ensures reliability in human-robot co-working environments.
