Rugged edge computing built for heavy-duty tasks

Construction environments are rough: heat, vibration, and dust are part of daily operations. The ATC 3563 is built to thrive under such demanding conditions. Its fanless, compact chassis meets MIL-STD-810H standards for shock and vibration and operates in extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C.

Inside the ATC 3563-NX8C/NXA8CR, the NVIDIA Jetson Orin™ NX platform in Super Mode provides up to 157 TOPS of AI inference performance, enabling instant visual recognition and decision-making on-site. Alternatively, the ATC 3563-NA8C-8/NAA8CR-8 with Jetson Orin Nano™ in Super Mode delivers up to 67 TOPS. This combination of durability and intelligence allows cranes and mobile machinery to perform safety checks, detect nearby obstacles or personnel, and analyze camera feeds in real time, even in the harshest construction zones.

Powerful network vision with multiple PoE ports

Modern construction sites are increasingly camera-driven, with multiple IP cameras monitoring load angles, blind spots, and surrounding areas. The ATC 3563 supports eight GbE PoE+ ports via RJ45 or M12 X-coded connectors, simplifying installation by directly powering cameras without external adapters. Synchronized multi-camera setups also allow operators to connect and manage up to eight high-definition video streams simultaneously. When combined, these feeds create a 360-degree surround view around the crane, eliminating blind spots and giving operators complete situational awareness. The resulting panoramic perspective enhances jobsite safety, improves precision lifting, and helps prevent collisions with nearby structures, machinery, or personnel.

Combined with PCIe 4.0 ×4 NVMe SSD storage, USB 3.2, and CAN bus connectivity, the system supports real-time AI analytics such as load monitoring and object detection, helping operators make faster, smarter decisions.

Seamless power and connectivity for mobile equipment

Supporting a wide DC 9V to 36V input with ignition control and built-in OCP/OVP protection, the ATC 3563 integrates smoothly into diverse vehicle power systems. Optional 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi 5/6 modules ensure continuous connectivity for remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and AI model updates — even on moving platforms or remote sites.

This adaptability makes the ATC 3563 a robust choice for crane automation, fleet safety systems, and intelligent jobsite management, where uptime, precision, and safety are non-negotiable.
