Most COM solution projects will be operating either outdoors or in a closed enclosure environments. This wide range of operating temperatures is the critical challenge on your thermal solution design. From customized heat-spreader, standard heat-sink or low-profile heat-pine with cooling fan as thermal solution design options. NEXCOM provide optional level of board to system thermal validation services by requested:

• Operating Temperature and Humidity Cycle Test, Standard to follow IEC68-2-14 procedures
• Power On/Off cycles during Low Temperature (three levels -15/ -25/ -40°C) by IEC68-2-1
• Burn-in Test in High Temperature/High Humidity to follow IEC68-2-3 Testing procedures
