With built-in Intel® TCC, NexRTOS enhances performance, enabling stable fast cycle time response with low latency of 1 millisecond and less than 30 microseconds respectively. Furthermore, NexCOBOT provides a tool to easily tune collaborative mechanical arms via Ethernet communication, which streamlines implementation without disrupting factory layout. This leads to improved productivity, efficiency, and safety while minimizing labor costs.

The rich and practical I/O interfaces of the RCB 600 ensure the compatibility between practical hardware and the AMR such as mechanical arms, cameras, or sensors. Through software customization services, customers can develop recognition, equipment, and system connection applications on the Windows platform, or use ROS, motor motion control system, and its SLAM kit to develop path planning and robot control applications on Linux. All industrial control components are integrated via 24V DI/O.
