NEXCOM's RoboWIZ AI Robot Open Platform covers the five key architectural pillars of robotics: cognition and AI, functional safety and security, visual perception, real-time control, and actuation and integrated systems. NEXCOM Robotics Solutions (NEXCOBOT), acting as a crucial robot control core provider within the group, draws on decades of deep motion control technology and cross-platform hardware-software integration capabilities. Partnering with RoboWIZ AI Robot Open Platform ecosystem members, NEXCOM is displaying various co-developed physical robot applications built on NEXCOBOT's self-developed MARS Pro platform combined with each partner's specialized technologies. Highlights include a dynamic balance humanoid robot co-developed with Safetics, a dual-arm robot with ITRI, and a smart, safe quadrupedal robot dog with Nexuni. The MARS Pro platform can integrate cross-platform AI "brains" based on NVIDIA, Intel, and Qualcomm, paired with NEXCOBOT's motion safety control "cerebellum" and value-added robot application software, to create various types of AI robots. For instance, the dynamic balance humanoid robot showcased this time integrates power control and balancing technology from Safetics, resulting in a humanoid robot that maintains stability without falling even when subjected to external pushes while walking.
The collaboration with partner Nexuni utilizes NEXCOBOT's MARS400-T10 high-compute controller as the AI core brain, loaded with Nexuni's VLA technology. Together, they have created a 4-in-1 smart, safe quadrupedal robot dog that combines AI computing, functional safety, motion control, and cybersecurity. Capable of autonomous obstacle avoidance, meter reading, and fire alerts, it can be deployed in factory inspection and environmental monitoring scenarios.
Under the theme "Physical AI Empowers Smart Manufacturing: Building AI Automation from Robots to Factories," NEXCOM is exhibiting comprehensive smart manufacturing applications spanning AI Robot, AI Machine, AI Production Line, and AI Factory, that fully demonstrate NEXCOM Group's capability to assist enterprises in their AI automation transformation.
