Over a decade ago, NEXCOM successfully launched the PEAK Series of Single Board Computers onto the IPC market, and in doing so, gained a solid reputation for product quality and innovation. In subsequent years, NEXCOM has enhanced its reputation for R&D excellence with a multitude of high-end technology products which has cemented NEXCOM as the industry leader for R&D and innovation.
The mission of NEXCOM's R&D team is to design exceptional products that meet the stringent requirement of today's global markets. In order to achieve the goal, we have recruited hundreds of talented engineers whose knowledge and expertise to ensure the highly competitive capability of NEXCOM's R&D team.
In 2010, our R&D will devote to the following categories, the low power consumption, the low heat dissipation, Vehicle Telematics Computer, Mobile Rugged Tablet Computer and Digital Signage Platform. The scale of NEXCOM's R&D team will be expanded to over 100 members and remain as the core competence of our company.

Quality Assurance and Green Policy
The objectives of the Quality Assurance Center are to ensure Total Quality Assurance (TQA) implementation for all NEXCOM products and service. Under the strict supervision of QA Center, product design and reliability will be controlled to support all critical solutions. Furthermore, to ensure that our customers' technical issues are resolved in the shortest possible time, NEXCOM's Technical Support team will aim to provide feedback within 24 hours.
As a global citizen, NEXCOM is committed to providing green products and services, which are compliant with WEEE and RoHS legislation.
