Hence in October, 2007, NEXCOM re-organized the Sales Center into three business units: Industrial Computing Solutions (ICS), Mobile Computing Solutions(MCS), plus Network and Communication Solutions(NCS). The objective of this organizational change is to integrate the resources of Sales, R&D, PM, and Marketing effectively to offer the best products and service quality without compromising cost and time-to-market. This organizational change would also speed up the project lead-time, enabling us to reach the business goal and lead a way ahead of all competitors while providing maximum value to all customers through world-class services.

The objective of Quality Assurance Center is to ensure Total Quality Assurance (TQA) implementation on NEXCOM products and service in order to meet customers' expectations. Under the strict supervision of QA Center, product design and reliability will be controlled to support any critical solutions. Furthermore, to ensure that all the technical problems from our global customers can be solved in the shortest time, our Technical Support Team will provide prompt feedback service within 24 hours.
Moreover, as one of the global citizens, NEXCOM is committed to provide green products and services that are compliant with WEEE and RoHS legislations. NEXCOM will continue to work proactively with industry peers and suppliers to clarify standards and identify compatible technologies and processes to reduce hazardous substances resulted from product manufacturing processes.
